Do you charge upfront for everything?
No. We use milestone-based billing. You pay 30-40% advance, then per milestone as work is delivered and approved.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, NEFT/RTGS. International wire transfers also accepted. Invoice provided for every payment.
Are the prices all-inclusive?
Yes. The prices shown are inclusive — no hidden charges. A professional invoice is provided for every payment.
What if the project scope changes midway?
Scope changes are documented as change requests with revised pricing. No surprise charges — everything is agreed before work begins.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Undelivered milestones are refundable. Delivered and accepted work is non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Many clients validate with a Starter build and then expand to Growth or Scale as needs evolve.
